Black Bean Salad
BLACK BEAN SALAD
Ingredients:
12.5 oz – Black Beans
12.5 oz – Corn
15.5 oz – Roasted Red Peppers
2 – Large Avocadoes, diced
¼ Cup – Cilantro, chopped
3 Tbsp – Lemon Juice
Salt/Pepper/Sweet Paprika/Cayenne Pepper – To taste
Put altogether and mix.

Watermelon Feta Salad

Ingredients:
2 Tbsp - Olive Oil
1 Tbsp - White Vinegar
1 Tbsp - Lemon Juice
Pinch - Salt
Pinch - Black Pepper
1/4 - Medium Red Onion (thinly sliced)
1lb - Watermelon (cubed)
3 Cup - Baby Arugula
3/4 Cup - Feta Cheese
