Red Velvet Cupcake





Red Velvet Cupcake
Yield: 16 Cupcakes

Cake Batter
1 1/2 Cup - Cake Flour
2 Tbsp - Cocoa Powder
1 tsp - Baking Powder
1/4 tsp - salt
1/2 Cup - Butter
1 Cup -Sugar
2 Large - Whole Eggs
3/4 Cup - Buttermilk
2 1/2 tsp - Vanilla Extract
1 Tbsp - Red Food Coloring
2 Large - Egg Whites


Cream Cheese Frosting
1/2 Cup - Butter
1/2 Cup - Cream Cheese
1 tsp - Vanilla Extract
1 Tbsp - Milk
Pinch of Salt
2 to 3 Cups - Powdered Sugar
